Mission Statement

For the past few years, I have been focused on building my business, and helping out athletes, and Non-Profits in the action sports industry. In January of 2008, after months of being sick, and losing 50 pounds, I was diagnosed with Metastatic Colon Cancer. After a year of denial, and depression, I have emerged with spirit and inspiration. The goal of this blog page is to raise money so that I can free my time for volunteer work, and fundraising events, relieve my mother of her monthly monetary support that comes from her IRA, and raise money to achieve a few of my life's dreams. Thank you for checking out my page, and shop. I am an accomplished, honest, and caring businessman. The money from your contributions, and purchases will be used the most sensible, and efficient way possible. Best wishes, Scott Serchen

So Far Seattle has been everything I hoped for, a short flight, hanging with my extended family, and planning some serious adventures with Stacy.  I got in late the first day so pretty much took it easy, yesterday Made brownies, and just enjoyed the cool Seattle temps.  Seattle is #1 on my list of places to live.  I really love it here.  It’s creative, quirky, outdoorsy, and comforting.  It’s location in relation to Portland and Vancouver B.C. is great.  they are both cool cities.  The natural beauty of the Pacific NW is second to none.  Fuck Blue Cross of California for not letting me leave.

I got to hang with my good friend and confidant Kennedy yesterday.  She is amazing.  The easiest person to talk to on the planet.  I think it’s her eyes.  Anyway here’s where the story starts.  Kennedy used to date a girl “Mugs”  who was the kind of person who could do whatever she wanted athletically.  For a while she was the best girl skateboarder in Seattle, she made snowboard tricks look easy.  She played womens football, and always wanted to be a fire fighter.  She was rough like a guy for sure.

Fast Forward, Last year we all got together for my friend Pam’s wedding, and Kennedy said that Mugs had a new GF “Mary”, and that she was bougie.  Now we used to party and mess around a lot, so I said if she’s bougie, I’m gonna stick my balls in all her wine glasses, and not tell her.  so did that.

Other than that K and I went to the Seattle Art Museum fundraiser, The War Room for a drink, and just drove around the city looking at how much it had changed since I used to live here.  Here are some other pics.
