Mission Statement

For the past few years, I have been focused on building my business, and helping out athletes, and Non-Profits in the action sports industry. In January of 2008, after months of being sick, and losing 50 pounds, I was diagnosed with Metastatic Colon Cancer. After a year of denial, and depression, I have emerged with spirit and inspiration. The goal of this blog page is to raise money so that I can free my time for volunteer work, and fundraising events, relieve my mother of her monthly monetary support that comes from her IRA, and raise money to achieve a few of my life's dreams. Thank you for checking out my page, and shop. I am an accomplished, honest, and caring businessman. The money from your contributions, and purchases will be used the most sensible, and efficient way possible. Best wishes, Scott Serchen

Dollar Friday!

Posted by: Scott | Comments (0)

lincoln_pennies1recognize the value of a penny, or a hundred of them.  Starting this Friday is Dollar Fridays.  Every Friday as your getting to work, or just getting ready to leave, I want you to take 5 minutes, reflect on your work week, was it good, productive?  Hopefully you feel a sense of accomplishment, after all, your providing safety, health, and good times for you, and your friends, and family around you.  If you did the best you could do, you should be proud.  Please take that proud moment and share it with the people around you either through a smile or a story.  You can pass it on to me through a $1.00 donation available every Friday, and help me to help the less fortunate to feel the same pride and push on through another week in the grind.

Non Profit of the month, starting June!

Posted by: Scott | Comments (0)

Every month, I will select a new non-profit organization.  I am leaving no organization out for consideration, and may even ask you to help me by voting for your favorite, or by making a suggestion.  A large percentage of the money raised during that month will be donated directly to the featured non-profit.  I will always be open and honest about where the money went, and how much.  As well as what it was used for.  Well have interviews with volunteers, and people that are affected by what the organization does.
